Āerde does not accept returns or exchanges on any orders made. This is because we give great importance to the health and safety concerns of our customers and cannot accept back items that have been exposed to possible contamination, once the package has been opened and unsealed or has been handled by individuals outside of our quality control team.

E X C H A N G E S

We will only accept exchanges if the product that is sent to you is different from the order you had placed due to the mistakes on our part, in which case, follow these steps :

1. Send your inquiry to info@aerde.co along with attached pictures of the item sent within 14 days after package has arrived. If the time exceeds 14 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer the exchange.

*Do not ship your package back to us until our team has approved the exchange claim as we will not cover for any shipment costs unless we have approved the exchange. We will reply back to all inquiries within 1 business day.

2. Ship the package back to us within 7 days after the exchange has been approved by our team to this address :

**Please make sure to send the package back via Thailand Post for shipping cost coverage, as we will not be covering for the shipping cost if the package was sent via other courier/messenger services.**

3. After delivering the package back to us, please send us a picture of your receipt and tracking number.

4. We will ship your correct order back to you within 5-7 business days after receiving your returned package and send you a new tracking number via email.

D E F E C T S

For defective products, we will replace your defective product with an exchange. However, the product will have meet these requirements : 

  • Your order has a defect which prevents your mask from functioning correctly and is deemed to be caused during the manufacturing or shipping process. Clear photo evidence of this defect is required.
  • Your product packaging is significantly damaged upon arrival.

*You must make your request within 14 days after receiving your package. Items sent back to us without confirmation from us will not be accepted.*

Once confirmed, we will reach out via email for you to proceed in the returning process of the defected item or items. Follow the same steps under ‘exchanges’ section (above).
